Total Rewards & Performance Senior Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

•          Contribute to organizational structures, strategic directions, market trends, and royal decrees to design effective structures, update functional mandates.
•          Participate in updating the job descriptions to ensure clarity, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to transparent, fair job evaluation practices.
•          Contribute to strategic workforce plans including segmentation, workload analysis, and annual workforce implementation aligned with budget constraints.
•          Participate in optimization of employee allocation through trainee integration, workforce movement analysis, and internal mobility management in adherence to allocated manpower budgets.
•         Participate in analyzing workforce needs, align workforce financials with strategic plans, and develop action plans to address gaps, monitor and control assigned budgets.
•         Contribute to As-Is Process Frameworks, identify core processes, engage with stakeholders on job clusters and work functions, and support performance management systems.
•          Participate in total rewards strategies, perform market benchmarking, manage bonuses and promotions, and periodically evaluate reward elements to motivate and retain talent.

Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.

•          Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
•          Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
•          Communication skills.
