Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate terms for commercial fuel and utility agreements, including fuel supply agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and contracts.
Review fuel & utility agreements and contracts and cooperate with the concerned business function to obtain the necessary approvals (ex. Financial and Legal Approvals).
Review all fuel & utility agreements to ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and company policies.
Obtaining allocation letters from MoE which includes a specific quantities of fuel dedicated from MoE for new or existing Power Plant.
Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with contracts and agreements to develop & implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Assist in the preparation of budgets related to commercial agreements to help monitor and control costs associated with contractual obligation.
Continuously managing and monitoring agreements for compliance and performance, addressing issues as they arise.
Manage and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their commercial agreement needs and expectations are met.
Ensure continuous improvement in contract management processes
for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant field.
Professional certifications in a relevant field are preferred.
