Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Talent Management certifications (e.g. TMP, CTMP, Strategic Talent Management Certification – CIPD) are preferred.
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Contribute to technical and behavioural competency frameworks, succession planning through critical position identification and talent reviews, and oversee the appointment process from candidate selection to final assessment.
- Participate in career advisory services, internal mobility, and support employee career movements to align talent capabilities with organizational needs.
- Liaise with functional heads to identify skill gaps and implement relevant training initiatives, including leadership coaching, technical development, GDP programs, and scholarship management.
- Participate in internal and external workshops and conferences to facilitate professional development, address employee concerns, and enhance the overall employee training experience.
- Contribute to strategic training roadmap, source training providers, and support training logistics to ensure employees receive targeted and effective training aligned with organizational goal.
Skills Description
