Job Description

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement activities and standardize processes to optimize efficiency, ensure transparency, and negotiate favourable vendor terms while delivering quality and timely supply agreements.
  • Support in vendor management strategy, sourcing qualified suppliers, evaluating performance, and maintaining business continuity through effective contract management.
  • Assist in purchasing across the organization, create purchase and service orders, develop a procurement catalogue, and understand category management framework.
  • Support in implementation of local content by identifying local suppliers, negotiate agreements, and complied with regulations and leverage opportunities to enhance local purchasing.
  • Support in centralized contract management from initiation to closeout, complied with terms, manage amendments, aligned with company interests.

Skills Description

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  •  Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
  • Communication skills.
