Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement activities and standardize processes to optimize efficiency, ensure transparency, and negotiate favourable vendor terms while delivering quality and timely supply agreements.
- Support in vendor management strategy, sourcing qualified suppliers, evaluating performance, and maintaining business continuity through effective contract management.
- Assist in purchasing across the organization, create purchase and service orders, develop a procurement catalogue, and understand category management framework.
- Support in implementation of local content by identifying local suppliers, negotiate agreements, and complied with regulations and leverage opportunities to enhance local purchasing.
- Support in centralized contract management from initiation to closeout, complied with terms, manage amendments, aligned with company interests.
Skills Description
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
- Communication skills.
