Operational Excellence Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  •Professional certifications in Operational Excellence and Quality Management, such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Kaizen Facilitator, or CMQ are preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in operational excellence, quality management, process management, process re engineering, or continuous improvement
  •Demonstrated experience in reviewing and improving cross functional processes and supporting quality and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

Roles and responsibilities:

•Support in defining, maintaining, and governing the Quality Management System and Operational Excellence, ensuring alignment with international practices and applicable standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
•Support in quality audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
•Assist in developing and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the company to address inefficiencies and resolve operational challenges using structured improvement methodologies.
•Assist in driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
•Support in defining and governing cross functional services to enhance operational excellence, improve efficiency, and strengthen service quality across the company.
•Support in reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing processes and procedures to improve clarity, efficiency, and cross functionality.
•Support process re-engineering efforts to reduce lead times, improve efficiency, and enhance operational performance.
•Support in maintaining a centralized repository of processes and procedures.

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
