Culture & Engagement Team Lead

1. Implement culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance

2. Support functional heads to identify cultural performance gaps and implement targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues

3. Supervise progress reports and performance analyses, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions

4. Maintain culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience

5. creation of change management approaches and tools in alignment with internal communication strategies, supporting effective transitions and buy-in during organizational changes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

2. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

3. 5+ years of experience.

1. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

2. Ability to use Microsoft office applications.

3. Communication skills.
