Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage the design, development, and implementation of culture and employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization’s overall strategy and goals. Enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and performance while fostering a positive workplace culture that supports diversity and inclusion.

Main Roles/Activities:

·       Manage the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive culture and employee engagement initiatives for SPPC that align with the organization's overall strategy and goals.

·       Coordinate with heads of functions to identify performance gaps related to company culture and arrange relevant communication and socialization programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction, motivation, and performance.

·       Ensure reviewing and analyzing employee engagement survey results and provide management with progress reports and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement in engagement initiatives.

·       Manage employee engagement programs that leverage retention strategies to enhance the overall employee experience and foster commitment to the organization.

·       Guide the creation of change management approaches and tools in alignment with internal communication strategies, supporting effective transitions and buy-in during organizational changes.

  •        Monitor initiatives that support a culture of positivity and equality, ensuring the workplace fosters an inclusive environment that helps retain diverse talents.

 

Generic Accountabilities

Strategy & Planning:

Ensure execution of the business line’s strategic plans and ensure departmental goals are in align with organizational objectives.

Contribute in defining and monitoring departmental objectives, ensuring they align with overall goals and provide the needed guidance to team members to achieve objectives.

People Management:

Set and monitor individual and team performance objectives, providing regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and achieve individual goals.

Encourage a mindset of ongoing enhancement and development among the team members.

Budgeting:

Assist in tracking budget-related activities and report on any variances.

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

Contribute in the development of policies and processes ensuring the team adheres to them and contribute to process enhancements.

Ensure the team complies with relevant regulatory standards and report any compliance issues and support corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management:

Manage interactions with key stakeholders to support team objectives ensuring stakeholder needs are met and align with team and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  •       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  •       Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  •   6+ years of experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  •          Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
  •          Communication skills.
