Cash Management Manager

Role Purpose:

Manage the organization's cash resources by ensuring optimal liquidity, financial security, and efficient utilization of funds while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, adhering to policies, and supporting strategic business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan cash requirements and develop strategies for the optimal investment of surplus funds to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity.

• Monitor bank balances and working capital to ensure sufficient coverage for operational needs and maintain liquidity stability.

• Prepare and present cash flow forecasts and financial reports to senior leadership, including ExcOM, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Management.

• Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure the best financial solutions for the company and assess potential risks.

• Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts in alignment with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and organizational strategies.

• Guide the payment processing operations and oversee timely and accurate delivery of bank transactions.

• Monitor bank guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

• Coordinate with financial institutions to expand partnerships and identify risks impacting the company’s financial stability.

• Support departments by tracking collection accounts and providing updates on received funds to ensure seamless cash management.

• Manage supplier letter of assignments to ensure proper financial allocation and contract adherence.

Qualifications & Experiences:

•      Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field.

•      Minimum 8 years of experience.

Skills:
1. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
2. Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
3. Communication skills.
