Business Planning and Performance Specialist

Role Purpose:

• Manage the financial aspects of the business line, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Monitor project progress by tracking milestones and addressing any roadblocks to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to ensure that all initiatives align with the business line’s goals and drive operational effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the VP regarding the status of projects, key performance indicators, and any significant issues impacting progress.
• Serve as the representative of the business line departments, actively engaging in projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing operations.
• Act as a point of contact between the business line and internal functions such as Internal Audit and Risk Management, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Develop the business line’s strategic plan in cooperation with the VP and update it as needed to reflect changes in the business environment and priorities.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the business line remains responsive to internal and external needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a relevant field.

Skills:
1. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
2. Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
3. Communication skills.
