Qualifications:
·Training and Development certifications (e.g. CPTD, CLDP, Train the Trainer Certification – ATD) are preferred
·Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
·Supervise technical and behavioral competency frameworks, succession planning through critical position identification and talent reviews, and oversee the appointment process from candidate selection to final assessment
·Implement career advisory services, manage internal mobility, and support employee career movements to align talent capabilities with organizational needs
·Support functional heads to identify skill gaps and implement relevant training initiatives, including leadership coaching, technical development, GDP programs, and scholarship management
·Implement internal and external workshops and conferences to facilitate professional development, address employee concerns, and enhance the overall employee training experience
·Implement strategic training roadmap, source training providers, and manage training logistics to ensure employees receive targeted and effective training aligned with organizational goal.
المهارات
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
- Communication skills.
