Talent Acquisition Trainee - Tamheer Program

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program.

This role offers hands-on experience across various areas of Talent Acquisition and HR, including:

1.       Learn to establish and execute recruitment and localization plans, attract top talent and meeting SPPC’s hiring needs

2.       Understand the recruitment and onboarding process, smooth integration of new employees through orientation, training, and team-building activities

3.        Learn effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool

4.        Learn structured interviews, behavioural assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure candidates' suitability and alignment with organizational needs

The trainee will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support the company’s talent needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
