الوصف الوظيفي
Roles and Responsibilities:
§Assist in creation, periodic refreshment, and alignment of SPPC's strategy, vision, and objectives with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing strategic analysis tools like SWOT and PESTEL etc.
§Assist in strategic KPIs, OKRs, and performance criteria across departments, aligned with SPPC's strategy and report results to top management
§Support the annually refresh of company-wide business plan to align with long-term strategic goals, ensure optimal resource utilization and strategy execution
§Understand comprehensive strategic roadmap with key initiatives, milestones, and monitor frameworks, including performance indices and regular reports to the management committees
§Assist the integration of best practices, standards (e.g., ESG, ISO certifications), and frameworks to enhance SPPC's strategic direction and sustainable growth
§Understand the SPPC annual report framework, sustainability reports, and energy ecosystem KPIs, ensure alignment with best practices and timely submission to stakeholders
Qualifications:
§Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
§Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
§English fluency (written and spoken).
