New Agreements Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise initial service use, address technical and operational concerns, and develop tailored communication strategies to foster engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction for power suppliers and customers
  Supervise power purchase agreement (PPA) handovers, draft and negotiate new agreements (BSA, TUoS), and ensure compliance in collaboration with Legal and Governance teams to manage major supply agreements and renewal processes
  Implement market analysis to assess supply-demand trends, pricing, and regulations, while executing cost-effective purchasing strategies through solicitation, negotiation, and customer targeting
  Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager in accordance with PB requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is beneficial 
• Contract Management certification (e.g., CPCM) are preferred for contracts planning/ management .
  English Proficiency (Written & Spoken)
• Min 5 Years of relevant experience. 

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
•  Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
• Communication skills.
